2023 Arena Starter Kit

I ordered two items and paid for the faster shipping but neither item shipped for over a week and then one item shipped. When it arrived it wasn't packaged particularly well and the external packaging was damaged but I didn't consider this too big a deal. I e-mailed about the second item and then was told the other item had not arrived from the supplier. I was told I could get a refund, which I got. However, the refund was applied against some "shop cash" first so I only got a fairly small actual refund. The end result being that I got one item way overpriced and very late.

Great condition got here in exactly 8 days and packaged well
