Don't like what you've won? You may request a store credit refund for the items you've rolled. This must be for BOTH prizes, you cannot request credit for one and ask for fulfillment of the other. The credit, including your shipping fee, will be applied to your MMC account and the original order will get cancelled. Reach out to info@mysterymtg.com to make this request. The Black Lotus can NOT be exchanged to store credit, all other products qualify.

PROCESS:
1: Once you purchase the crate, you will get a confirmation email with a "spin now" link. Open that link, and spin. Your wins are recorded on our side and fulfilled by our warehouse. Whatever is won, is what is fulfilled.
2: You'll then need to enter your order number, and the email used to purchase the product. This will enable to use the spinner twice (you get two spins per order)
3: Once you've entered, you'll get to spin and view what you've won - this will be listed below.
4: Once you've spun, you will see the listed and there will be 0 spins left.
How does this work on our end? The inventory you see on the transparency report, and what you've seen spun, is tracked through our inventory. Once a purchase is made, a unique code is assigned to your order and what is won is automatically recorded, alongside your order number, on our warehouse inventory sheet. To make communication easier, please make sure your email and information on your account page is current.
